Description

You will own the design, implementation, and support of SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain SAP security roles, profiles, and authorization objects across ECC, S/4HANA, HANA, and Fiori.
• Configure and deploy SAP GRC Access Control (ARA, ARM, EAM), Process Control, and Risk Management modules.
• Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, identify conflicts, and design mitigation strategies.
• Perform, monitor, and report on GRC compliance and audit trails to ensure adherence to SOX and GDPR requirements.
• Support internal and external audits and configure Firefighter IDs and User Access Review workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Security and GRC implementation and support.
• Strong expertise in SAP GRC modules: Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.
• Hands-on experience performing SoD analysis, role creation, and authorization design.
• Solid understanding of SAP Security concepts across ECC, S/4HANA, HANA, and Fiori.
• Knowledge of ERP control frameworks and regulatory requirements (SOX, GDPR).
• Ability to perform SAP risk assessments and design appropriate GRC controls.

Preferred Skills

• Experience configuring Firefighter IDs (EAM) and User Access Review (UAR) workflows.
• Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent professional experience.
