Description

Own enterprise change governance, release management, and ITIL-aligned change processes to ensure controlled, high-quality software delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate CAB meetings, conduct risk assessments, and manage change approvals and scheduling.
• Lead release management governance, tracking releases through defined controls and quality gates.
• Drive ITIL-aligned change management processes and continuous improvement initiatives across the lifecycle.
• Partner with DevOps and engineering teams to standardize release workflows and reduce incidents.
• Monitor change and release metrics to improve operational efficiency and ensure audit compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise change management and release governance.
• Hands-on experience with CAB management and governance processes.
• Strong understanding of ITIL-aligned IT service management practices.
• Experience working with DevOps teams on release and deployment workflows.
• Strong governance, risk management, and operational control capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
