You will own the change management strategy for SAP S/4HANA P2P streams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute OCM strategies for SAP S/4HANA P2P workstreams.
• Conduct stakeholder mapping and engagement for procurement, AP, vendors, and compliance groups.
• Assess and document change impacts across P2P activities including sourcing, PO creation, invoice processing, and payments.
• Provide risk mitigation recommendations for issues such as payment delays or data inaccuracies.
• Drive stakeholder adoption using tailored communications, training, and support through hypercare.

Required Skills

• 7+ years experience in OCM within ERP transformations.
• Minimum 5 years experience with SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations.
• Deep expertise in Procure to Pay processes and SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, SRM, FI-AP).
• Hands-on experience with OCM frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR) and adoption measurement.
• Experience with procurement compliance standards (FAR, SOX) in regulated industries.
• Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and managing resistance in complex environments.
• Familiarity with P2P integration points to other ERP functions (e.g., Finance/R2R).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, OD, or related field.
