Configure, support, and optimize SAP Service Cloud (C4C) solutions for business users and stakeholders.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP Service Cloud solutions based on documented business requirements.
• Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into technical SAP solutions.
• Support testing, training, deployment, and go-live activities for implementation projects.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive project success.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of overall SAP experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with SAP Service Cloud (C4C).
• Proven experience in SAP Service Cloud implementation and support projects.
• Ability to work independently within cross-functional teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, support, and problem-solving capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Service Cloud enhancement and optimization projects.
• Ability to document and articulate business requirements effectively.
