Description

Manage and optimize service management processes within complex environments. This role owns the configuration of Equipment Master data and oversees end-to-end service notification and repair workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Equipment Master data.
• Manage service-related billing processes and configurations.
• Oversee end-to-end service notification and repair processes.
• Optimize service management workflows for depot and third-party repairs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with SAP Service modules (CS, SM).
• Deep expertise in Service Notifications and Field Repairs.
• Experience managing Depot Repairs and 3rd-party repairs.
• Strong understanding of RMA processes.
• Proficiency in Warranty Management.
• Knowledge of Service Contracts.
