Description

Lead development of custom integrations between SAP ECC Mini Master and SuccessFactors Onboarding to support cross-boarding and offboarding workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of custom integrations between SAP ECC Mini Master and SuccessFactors Onboarding.
• Interface with Onboarding functional leads, Employee Central teams, integration developers, SuccessFactors architects, and Project Managers.
• Manage technical requirements for cross-boarding and offboarding processes.
• Act as the customer-facing technical lead throughout the integration lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in talent integrations.
• Expertise in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
• Expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and SAP HCM.
• Deep understanding of HR processes, specifically cross-boarding and offboarding.
• Ability to work across SuccessFactors modules including Onboarding (ONB) and Employee Central (EC).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Project Managers to align technical delivery with project goals.

Education: Any Graduate degree.
