Description

You will consult with clients to pinpoint business challenges and contribute to deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring data.

Responsibilities

• Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
• Coordinate all PLC phases between onsite and offshore teams.
• Analyze business requirements and provide conceptual and detailed design to meet needs.
• Perform necessary SAP configurations and write detailed specifications for custom development.
• Test and implement automated solutions across integrated systems.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of total experience, with 4-5 years specifically in Service Management (SM)/Customer Service (CS).
• Advanced knowledge in Notification, Service orders, Warranty, and billing.
• Expert knowledge in Sales and Distribution, specifically Contracts (Value/Quantity/Service).
• Hands-on experience with DIP profiles and resource-related billing.
• Proficiency in Customer service master data (Equipment master, warranty master, functional location, counters, etc.).
• Knowledge of Idocs, including partner profile setup, segment creation, and testing.
• Strong experience in Logistics Execution, EDI/Idoc Integration, Warehouse Management/Shipping, and system integration.
• Experience creating functional specifications for RICEF objects.
• Experience working with S/4 Hana, SAP Hybris/BRIM, and BRF+.
