Description

You will own SAP Service Management implementations, translating business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess current business processes to identify improvement areas and propose technology solutions.
• Analyze business requirements to create conceptual and detailed designs for SAP Service Management modules.
• Perform SAP configurations and write functional specifications for custom development (RICEF objects).
• Coordinate all project phases between onsite and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Test and implement automated solutions across integrated systems, including Idocs and EDI.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of total experience, with 4-5 years specifically in Service Management (SM) or Customer Service (CS).
• Advanced knowledge of Notification, Service orders, Warranty, and billing processes.
• Expert knowledge in Sales and Distribution, specifically Contracts (Value/Quantity/Service).
• Hands-on experience with DIP profiles and resource-related billing.
• Proficiency in Customer service master data, including Equipment, warranty master, functional location, and counters.
• Knowledge of Idocs, including partner profile setup, segment creation, and testing.
• Strong experience in Logistics Execution, EDI/Idoc Integration, Warehouse Management/Shipping, and system integration.
• Experience with S/4 Hana, SAP Hybris/BRIM, and BRF+.

Preferred Skills

• Experience creating functional specifications for RICEF objects.
• Any Graduate degree.
