Description

You will function as an SAP SM/CS Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Management (SM) and Customer Service (CS) processes.
• Handle notifications, service orders, warranty, and billing functions.
• Utilize expert knowledge of Contracts (Value/Quantity/Service).
• Work with S/4Hana, SAP Hybris/BRIM, BRF+, and SAP portal customer service master data (Equipment, Warranty, Functional Location, Counters).

Required Skills

• 9+ years of total professional experience.
• 4-5 years minimum experience specifically in Service Management (SM) or Customer Service (CS).
• Advanced knowledge of SAP Notification and Service Order processes.
• Expert knowledge of SAP Contracts (Value/Quantity/Service).
• Hands-on experience with S/4Hana.
• Proficiency with SAP Hybris/BRIM and BRF+.
• Experience managing SAP Portal Customer Service master data (Equipment, Warranty, etc.).
• Solid understanding of SAP systems.
