Description

You will develop and maintain HR and Payroll solutions within the Corporate Systems Development & Maintenance Group.

Responsibilities

• Code bug fixes and enhancements in SAP R/3 HR and Payroll using ABAP.
• Build end-to-end ETL solutions to extract data from SAP On-prem and SAP Cloud (SuccessFactors).
• Develop technical solutions, forms, and workflow solutions across on-prem and cloud platforms.
• Support integration scenarios using SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Maintain technical documentation and debug interface problems using development standards.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant work experience or a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or IT with 2+ years of technical experience.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming for SAP R/3 HR and Payroll.
• Experience with integration technologies including SOAP, XML, JSON, and REST.
• Knowledge of Data Dictionary and data modeling tools.
• Understanding of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) principles and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors and SAP On-prem environments.
