SAP Solution Architect

Lead SAP GTS engagements and design IT solutions for trade compliance, integrating with ECC and S/4HANA environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop SAP GTS solutions, including proof of concepts to demonstrate business improvements.
• Lead the GTS track in SAP projects, managing workshops, requirement analysis, and fit-gap assessments.
• Execute system configuration, modification, and testing to validate integrated solutions.
• Manage the product backlog and ensure all deviations from out-of-the-box functionality have clear business justification.
• Support cutover, migration, testing, and training strategies while documenting designs and processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with SAP GTS and SAP ECC.
• 2+ full life-cycle implementations of SAP GTS projects in a functional lead capacity.
• Expertise in SAP GTS, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and SAP HANA.
• Proven experience in Conceptual Design, Gap Analysis, and Compliance/Customs Management processes.
• Experience managing the SDLC, including scoping, timeline management, and documenting BRDs or process flows.
• Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA for project management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work closely with ABAP, Basis, Data Warehouse, and ECC teams.
• Coordinate with business users and product owners across sales, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain.
