Description

You will lead the design, configuration, and process alignment for SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling solutions.

Responsibilities

• Translate global and regional finance, accounting, and cost management requirements into optimized SAP solutions.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance, statutory accounting, and audit standards including FDA, SOX, and IFRS.
• Drive standardization of financial processes across multiple entities and geographies.
• Collaborate with business, tax, and audit teams to define control frameworks and financial reporting structures.
• Support integration with Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Project Systems to ensure end-to-end financial visibility.

Required Skills

• 12–15 years of SAP Finance & Controlling experience.
• Hands-on expertise with S/4HANA Finance.
• Deep functional knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Asset Accounting.
• Expertise in Cost Center/Profit Center Accounting, Product Costing, and COPA.
• Strong understanding of SOX, FDA, and IFRS compliance frameworks.
• Experience operating in multi-entity, multi-country environments within manufacturing or healthcare.
• Proven ability to coordinate with customer stakeholders and offshore delivery teams.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Certification in S/4HANA Finance or Management Accounting.
• Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Treasury modules.
• Exposure to multinational rollouts.
