Description

Design and deliver scalable SAP S/4HANA Production Planning solutions for manufacturing operations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into SAP S/4HANA PP solutions through requirements gathering and fit-gap analysis.
• Design, configure, and test SAP S/4HANA PP modules, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for real-time production.
• Lead end-to-end implementation activities, including configuration, SIT/UAT testing, deployment, and go-live support.
• Develop functional specifications, SOPs, and system documentation while ensuring compliance with SOX and FDA GMP.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of SAP experience with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP).
• Hands-on configuration of MRP, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.
• Strong integration experience with Quality Management (QM), Materials Management (MM), and Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
• Experience integrating SAP with MES/shop floor systems.
• Proficiency in SAP IMG configuration, enhancements, and system integration.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably pharma or life sciences.
• Knowledge of SOX, FDA GMP, and change control processes.
• Ability to work independently in a complex environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and ITIL methodologies.
