Oversee SAP solution implementations from requirement gathering to final delivery in Hazlet, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Gather customer data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee SAP software customizations and support technical consultants in meeting functional specification deadlines.
• Manage deliverables across multiple projects using onsite and offshore delivery models.
• Provide regular status updates while managing parallel workstreams and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to engage customers with technical ideas and innovation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience in SAP environments.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with S4HANA.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ERP and various SAP Products.
• Proven ability to manage complex decision-making and problem-solving scenarios.
• Experience working within distributed teams across multiple locations.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on testing experience in SAP MM, SD, and OTC modules.
