Description

Lead SAP S/4HANA global design deployments and configurations, with a specific focus on Close to Report (C2R) processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead US-based deployments of SAP S/4HANA global designs, ensuring proper US geography localization.
• Configure and deploy SAP modules including FI, CO, AP, AM, and Government Property Management (GPM).
• Manage complex financial processes such as Government Resource Related Billing (RRB) and Contract Holdback.
• Ensure compliance with DOD Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR).
• Oversee workforce authorization management and defense contractor disclosure statement requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture or configuration.
• Deep expertise in discrete manufacturing, specifically within Aerospace, Defense, or Aviation OEM environments.
• Proven experience as a Team Lead for US-based SAP S/4HANA deployments.
• Technical proficiency in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO).
• Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Management (AM).
• Knowledge of Government Property Management (GPM) modules.
• Practical understanding of DOD Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and DFAR.
• Experience with Actual Costing, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), and Workforce Authorization Management (WAM).
• Familiarity with Government Resource Related Billing (RRB) and Contract Holdback.

Preferred Skills

• Experience within the Automotive or Industrial Products sectors.
