Description

You will lead SAP S/4HANA design and implementation efforts within discrete manufacturing environments.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Explore workshops to gather requirements and architect solutions.
• Perform design and configuration of SAP S/4HANA systems to meet specific business requirements.
• Develop business process procedures, swim lane process flows, functional specifications, configuration guides, and testing scripts.
• Lead master data transformation and load processes from legacy systems to S/4HANA.
• Provide leadership and knowledge transfer to junior systems analysts and end-users.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional consulting or business process industry experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on systems configuration experience within SAP modules.
• Proven track record of completing at least three full life cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Experience with US deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design including localization.
• Deep knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including SAP MM, IM, QM, and LE.
• Experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D) or discrete manufacturing (Automotive/Industrial Products).
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ERP, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Visio and Project.
• Experience with Quick response EDI in a JIT door-to-floor environment.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) and DPAS program flow down.
• Familiarity with Import/Export processes and incoming inspection QM.
