Description

Implement, configure, and support SAP Cloud ALM and SAP Solution Manager solutions to manage system, interface, and business process monitoring across SAP landscapes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support monitoring scenarios for SAP systems, including availability, performance, job monitoring, and integration monitoring.
• Set up dashboards, alerts, notifications, and reporting within Cloud ALM and Solution Manager.
• Work with technical and functional teams to identify, analyze, and resolve incidents and performance issues.
• Perform root cause analysis for system issues and provide recommendations for remediation.
• Document technical configurations, operational procedures, and support processes while providing knowledge transfer to support teams.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP Cloud ALM.
• Proven experience with SAP Solution Manager modules: Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure, System Monitoring, Business Process Monitoring, Job Monitoring, Interface Monitoring, and Test Suite/Test Management.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP operations, monitoring, or technical consulting.
• Experience with SAP landscapes involving SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, SAP Fiori, or SAP CPI/PI/PO.
• Good understanding of SAP BASIS operations and system administration concepts.
• Experience with system health checks, performance monitoring, and alert troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and integration with SAP monitoring platforms.

Preferred Skills

• SAP certification in Cloud ALM, Solution Manager, or related SAP technologies.
• Knowledge of AppDynamics tool.
• Experience supporting hybrid SAP environments or exposure to SAP migration projects (ECC to S/4HANA).
