Description

Lead the design, optimization, and delivery of enterprise-scale SAP solutions, ensuring robust architecture across application, data, and infrastructure layers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing SAP implementations and reverse-engineer complex systems, with a specific focus on Accounting and Finance functions.
• Design and defend multi-layered architecture solutions using styles like 3-tier, event-driven, and message-driven patterns.
• Provide strategic technical leadership, identifying risks early and resolving issues across cross-functional teams.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment, explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Support implementation and delivery, including design/code reviews, non-functional testing strategies, and CI/CD monitoring.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP solution architecture, development, and enterprise-scale delivery.
• Deep knowledge of the SAP platform, including functional features, ecosystem tools, and integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience with customer-hosted and SAP-hosted solutions, including integrations with non-SAP systems.
• Expertise in diverse authentication, authorization, and integration protocols.
• Strong experience collaborating across technology stacks, including AWS, Azure, AI/ML, and Big Data.
• Active or current SAP certifications (technical and/or functional).
• Proven ability to build consensus in multi-stakeholder environments with competing priorities.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Familiarity with modern cloud and hybrid architectures.
• Exposure to industries such as automotive, manufacturing, or finance.
