Required Skills
10+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goal Management, and Succession and Planning.
Minimum of 10 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation or support projects.
Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and customization.
Proficiency with Activate Project Management Methodology.
Knowledge of ITIL processes.
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation.
Ability to manage customer expectations and drive project milestones.
