Description

You will design, implement, and document SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with organizational strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SuccessFactors modules to map HR processes across global regions (US, Canada, APAC, EMEA, Europe).
• Lead requirement gathering, EC workbook completion, customization, and cut-over activities for implementation projects.
• Manage end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring compliance with technical architecture, policy, and budget constraints.
• Collaborate with HR Technology teams, GPOs, and business owners to support IT-related topics and drive project milestones.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Learning Management, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goal Management, and Succession Planning.
• Minimum of 10 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation or support projects.
• Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors configuration and customization.
• Proficiency with Activate Project Management Methodology.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading HR domain projects in roles such as Project Manager or Lead Solution Architect.
• Ability to manage customer expectations and drive project milestones.
