Description

You will serve as the SAP Subject Matter Expert, driving functional direction and supporting the implementation of new SAP functionality within the utilities domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive functional focus and support for new SAP functionality requests.
• Guide and support SAP configurations for S/4 HANA.
• Lead full-cycle implementations of CIS and Billing systems within the utility domain.
• Provide SME guidance on meter-to-cash processes and utility business logic.
• Manage a team of 4 to 5 direct reports and oversee 10-20 external consultants.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience supporting and implementing SAP systems and technologies.
• 7+ years of SAP experience specifically within the Utilities industry.
• Deep expertise in SAP IS-U (S/4 HANA Utilities) and meter-to-cash functionality.
• Hands-on experience with C4C Service Cloud.
• Functional knowledge of Device Management, AMI, Billing, and FI-CA.
• Working knowledge of SAP Financials, Cloud for Energy, and Cloud for Utilities.
• Strong understanding of utility business processes, including billing and rate structures.

Preferred Skills

• Proven ability to lead technical and deployment efforts for CIS and Billing systems.
• Any Graduate degree.
