Description

Design, configure, and implement SAP SOM solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform analysis, troubleshooting, and problem resolution for SAP SOM modules.
• Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Configure systems and support integration with SAP modules such as SD, MM, FICO, and IS-U.
• Develop test scenarios, test cases, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration guides, and training materials for end-users.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience in SAP SOM.
• Proficiency in SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC).
• Proficiency in SAP Convergent Invoicing (SAP CI).
• Knowledge of SAP SOM processes including order-to-cash, invoicing, revenue management, and customer management.
• Experience integrating with SAP SD, MM, and FICO modules.
• Ability to design and configure SAP solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with system upgrades, patches, and migration tasks.
• Ability to provide training and post-implementation support.
