Description

Implement, configure, and support SAP SOM and CI solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP SOM/CI solutions, managing system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions through collaboration with functional and technical teams.
• Perform troubleshooting and problem resolution for order-to-cash, invoicing, and revenue management processes.
• Execute system configuration and integration with SAP SD, MM, and FICO modules.
• Develop test scenarios, conduct user acceptance testing (UAT), and prepare functional specifications.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in SAP SOM/CI consulting and implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SOM (Sales Order Management) and SAP CI (Convergent Invoicing) modules.
• Deep understanding of order-to-cash (OTC) processes and billing/invoicing workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP system configuration and integration with SD, MM, and FICO.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex business and technical issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• SAP Certification in SOM/CI or related modules.
• Experience with SAP C4C (Cloud for Customer), SAP Billing, or global implementation rollouts.
