You will provide functional and technical support for CRM functions within an SAP environment servicing over 9,000 users.
Responsibilities
Own solution design, development prototyping, configuration, testing, and maintenance of the SAP CRM system.
Manage production support to troubleshoot, investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, document system changes, and develop solutions that satisfy business needs.
Perform functional configuration and customization while maintaining system integrity and component integration with ECC, Business Warehouse, and Portal.
Analyze the impact of changes on internal and external business application systems and develop all necessary documentation per change control policies.
Required Skills
7+ years of experience with SAP CRM configuration and development including SAP ECC integration.
7+ years of experience with CRM middleware plug-ins and functional Enterprise Portal operations.
7+ years of experience with CRM components and technical objects including ABAP user exits, Business Add-ins (BAdIs), BAPIs, Idocs, and Bdocs.
7+ years of experience managing business partner types (customer, employee, and contact person) and replication between ECC and CRM.
7+ years of hands-on middleware configuration for master data, business partner data, and product master (Ibase and I-objects).
7+ years of experience customizing item categories, item category determinations, workflows, and processing claims, change requests, or web requests.
7+ years of experience with Business Warehouse and BOBJ integration, including syncing CRM dashboards with business roles.
Proven ability to consult with clients and teams to implement standard or custom solutions.
Preferred Skills
Experience with SAP ECC 6.0, BI 7.0, Solution Manager, GRC, NWCE, and PI.
