You will provide functional and technical support for SAP SRM processes, ensuring system stability and continuous improvement.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day SAP SRM processes, including sourcing, procurement, supplier collaboration, and contract management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and changes within Extended Classic and Classic procurement scenarios.
• Configure and optimize business rules, catalogs, sourcing events, and purchase order processing in Extended Procurement.
• Analyze business needs to recommend enhancements and collaborate with developers on functional specifications for forms, workflows, and reports.
• Provide continuous production support, monitor system performance, and maintain configuration documentation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SRM (Supplier Relationship Management).
• Expertise in SAP Extended Procurement processes, including workflows and approvals.
• Proven experience integrating SRM with SAP ECC or S/4HANA (MM, FI).
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, system analysis, and troubleshooting complex issues.
• Experience operating in AMS/production support environments.
• Knowledge of SRM self-service procurement and supplier collaboration tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
