Description

Lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutions across public and private sector environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the overall SAP SuccessFactors HCM architecture and roadmap to align with organizational HR strategies.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Oversee integration efforts between SuccessFactors, SAP ERP HCM, payroll systems, and third-party platforms.
• Architect data models and reporting strategies for workforce analytics and predictive insights.
• Provide architectural leadership and mentorship to functional analysts and consultants.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors.
• 6+ years of experience in an architect role.
• Deep functional and technical expertise in Employee Central, Recruiting Management, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Planning.
• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementations in public and private sectors.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors-SAP ERP integration and cloud architecture principles.
• Proficiency with middleware tools such as SAP CPI or Dell Boomi.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud for HR analytics and dashboarding.
• SuccessFactors module certifications.
