Description

You will lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules for compensation and variable pay, integrating them with Employee Central and Performance and Goals Management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.
• Manage integrations between Compensation/Variable Pay and Employee Central (EC) or Performance and Goals Management (PMGM).
• Solve complex technical and functional problems within the SuccessFactors ecosystem.
• Apply analytical methodologies to optimize HR program workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of direct experience working in SAP SuccessFactors.
• 10+ years of experience in HR programs.
• Proven consulting and implementation experience specifically within SuccessFactors.
• Deep knowledge of Compensation and Variable Pay module configuration.
• Experience managing integrations between Compensation/Variable Pay and EC or PMGM.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
