Description

Lead implementation and support for SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay modules.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end implementations and support projects for Compensation and Variable Pay.
• Configure and design SuccessFactors systems aligned with HR best practices.
• Manage documentation for release and refresh activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and post-implementation knowledge transfer.
• Resolve complex issues involving compensation statements, form routing, and backend table configurations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of end-to-end implementation experience with the Compensation Module.
• Minimum 2 years of support project experience for the Compensation Module.
• Deep understanding of Compensation and Variable Pay components, including compensation statements, form routing, and formula logic on worksheets.
• Ability to configure XSL for custom compensation statements and manage update forms.
• Knowledge of backend tables, goals, and weights within the Variable Pay module.
• Valid SAP Compensation Certification required for provisioning access.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field (BE/BTech/MBA/MCA).
