Description

You will configure, test, and support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management and Onboarding solutions. You own the end-to-end delivery of RCM and Onboarding 2.0 modules, including Job Profile Builder integration. You validate data, manage UAT, and ensure successful go-live for HR processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Onboarding 2.0 (ONB).
• Implement and manage Job Profile Builder (JPB) structures.
• Conduct UAT, data validation, and provide go-live support.
• Document configurations and testing results.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on configuration and testing in RCM, ONB 2.0, and JPB.
• Strong understanding of HR recruiting and onboarding processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage full project tenures of approximately 3 years.
