Description

You will lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors modules and drive HR digital transformation initiatives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Employee Central, Talent, LMS, and Recruiting modules.
• Translate HR business requirements into technical system solutions through stakeholder collaboration.
• Drive integrations between SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, Payroll, and third-party systems.
• Conduct solution design sessions, workshops, and user training.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and compliance with global HR data privacy regulations.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP environments.
• Expertise in Employee Central and at least two other modules (Performance & Goals, Recruiting, LMS, or Compensation).
• Deep understanding of HR processes, data models, and workflow configurations.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center, APIs, and middleware tools.
• Proficiency with SAP HCM and APIs.
• Proven track record leading global rollouts or multi-country implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s).
• Experience working within the Healthcare industry.
