You will configure and customize SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business requirements, focusing on Benefits implementation within the USA.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize SuccessFactors modules using SAP tools.
• Manage application parameterization, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Act as the main point of contact for business stakeholders regarding solution requirements.
• Organize workshops and support stakeholders during project delivery.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a SuccessFactors IT Consultant.
• Strong experience with Benefits, Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation modules.
• Strong understanding of HR business processes.
• Experience leading workshops and collaborating with global teams.
• Proven stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience as a Product Owner, Solution Architect, or Project Manager.
