You will manage and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to support large-scale HR technology projects.
Responsibilities
- Configure and test SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
- Resolve business issues and queries within defined SLAs.
- Create and execute test scripts to ensure system stability.
- Manage data transformation and uploads during migrations from legacy systems.
- Ensure smooth system functionality following post-migration periods.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
- Deep expertise in Employee Central, Time Off, Recruiting, and Onboarding 2.0.
- Hands-on experience with Performance & Compensation Management.
- Proficiency in data transformation and upload processes for legacy migrations.
- Experience managing security and role management within SuccessFactors.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience with SAP HR/HCM modules.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA and Replication processes.
