Description

You will manage and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to support large-scale HR technology projects.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and test SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements.
  • Resolve business issues and queries within defined SLAs.
  • Create and execute test scripts to ensure system stability.
  • Manage data transformation and uploads during migrations from legacy systems.
  • Ensure smooth system functionality following post-migration periods.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
  • Deep expertise in Employee Central, Time Off, Recruiting, and Onboarding 2.0.
  • Hands-on experience with Performance & Compensation Management.
  • Proficiency in data transformation and upload processes for legacy migrations.
  • Experience managing security and role management within SuccessFactors.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience with SAP HR/HCM modules.
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA and Replication processes.
