Description

You will lead technical implementations and configurations within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, focusing on Employee Central and Recruitment modules.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end implementations for Employee Central and Recruitment modules.
• Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Employee Central and Time Off functionality.
• Manage SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding processes.
• Support HR system architecture and module integration.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience working with HR systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruitment & Onboarding.
• Active certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Proven track record of at least 3 end-to-end implementations centered on Employee Central and Recruitment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.
