Description

You will configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules with a focus on HR Mini Master data structures. You own the implementation lifecycle for remote offshore projects.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors HR modules.
• Manage HR Mini Master data setup and integration.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SuccessFactors applications.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to deliver project milestones.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP HR or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Deep understanding of HR Mini Master data structures and processes.
• Proven ability to work in a freelance or contract capacity.
• Strong research skills to resolve complex configuration issues.
• Effective teamwork and communication for remote collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in team leadership or coaching junior consultants.
• Familiarity with accounting standards relevant to HR data.
