Essential Job Functions:
Provide BAU support for employees, managers, and HRBPs with regards to queries on SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module.
Carry out activities of assigning bulk goals, talent data transfer, feedback deletion, manual launch of PM form, modifying the status of forms, setting up calibration session and other related activities.
Investigate and resolve any issues arising out of global assignment, transfers and other workflow deviations.
Experience in setting up performance templates, route maps and managing necessary access permissions via the RBP.
Closely collaborate with business stakeholders for system enhancements.
Own the testing and other necessary activities related to SAP system releases.
Support reporting and data validation activities for HR business partners and business stakeholders.
Maintain the configuration workbook and other process related documents to support audit requirements.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in SuccessFactors Performance Management and Employee Central
Strong functional knowledge of Performance & Goals module
Experience in BAU support, configuration, and system testing
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills
Experience in HR systems reporting and audit documentation
