Description

You will own the implementation, support, and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors modules, primarily Performance Management and Employee Central.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Provide BAU support for employees, managers, and HRBPs regarding queries on SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
• Configure performance templates, route maps, and manage access permissions via Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
• Execute bulk goal assignments, talent data transfers, feedback deletion, and manual form launches.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to global assignments, transfers, and workflow deviations.
• Own testing activities for SAP system releases and support reporting and data validation for stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Deep functional knowledge of Performance Management and Goals modules.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central configuration and support.
• Strong background in system testing, configuration, and BAU support.
• Ability to set up calibration sessions and manage process-related documentation for audits.
• Effective stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation module.
• Experience with HR systems reporting.
