Description

You will configure, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with global recruitment processes and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure the application to meet customer needs while providing best-practice guidance on business processes.
• Design, implement, and support complex business processes within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
• Manage high-priority support tickets, escalations, and attendance issues during bi-annual release cycles.
• Troubleshoot system issues, offer solutioning, and provide user guidance while maintaining ITIL processes.
• Maintain project documentation, adhere to quality policies, and present status updates to onsite teams and customers.

Required Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Marketing and Management certification (mandatory).
• SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification (1.0 / 2.0) (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SuccessFactors implementations.
• 5+ years of experience handling half-yearly release management activities.
• Strong understanding of global Talent Acquisition processes and trends.
• Ability to evaluate business requirements and ensure configuration meets project and BAU needs.
• Experience interacting with vendors regarding system upgrades, break-fix, and performance.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of People Analytics and Story reports.
• Experience or knowledge of Smart Recruiters.
