Description

You will lead end-to-end implementations and upgrade cycles for SAP SuccessFactors modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full lifecycle implementations and system upgrades.
• Configure and manage modules including PMGM, Learning, RCM, and Onboarding 2.0.
• Map business processes to SuccessFactors functionalities.
• Utilize OData v2 and v4 APIs to manage data structures and endpoints.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of industry experience.
• SAP SuccessFactors Certification in EC and People Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end implementation cycle.
• Proficiency in PMGM, Learning, RCM, and Onboarding 2.0.
• Working knowledge of OData v2 and v4 APIs.
• Understanding of SuccessFactors API endpoints and data structures.

• Any Graduate degree.
