You will configure, test, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors modules to align with specific business processes.
• Develop and test SAP-based solutions to ensure functional integrity.
• Identify and resolve system glitches to maintain smooth integrations.
• Create and maintain technical and user documentation for system implementations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports on implementation status.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration.
• Proven ability to develop and test SAP-based solutions.
• Experience in system integration and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in writing clear technical guides and user documentation.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors core modules.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
• Experience delivering status reports to stakeholders.
