Description

You design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules, with a strong focus on Employee Central.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation lifecycles, from requirement gathering and blueprinting to testing, deployment, and support.
• Design, develop, and test interfaces between SAP HR/Payroll/Benefits and external systems using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Configure workflows, data models, business rules, and role-based permissions to align with business requirements.
• Provide subject matter expertise to stakeholders, advising on system capabilities, upgrades, and best practices.
• Develop system documentation, process flows, and training materials while troubleshooting issues and ensuring compliance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
• 5+ years designing and testing interfaces using SAP Cloud Integration (CPI).
• Strong expertise in SuccessFactors modules, specifically Employee Central.
• Proficiency in configuration, workflows, data models, business rules, and role-based permissions.
• Knowledge of HR processes, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.
• Experience with SAP HCM, S/4HANA integrations, or middleware tools like Dell Boomi.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Certification(s) in relevant modules.
• Experience in global HR transformation or large-scale SAP implementations.
