Description

You will own the configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet specific business requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and tailor Recruiting and Onboarding modules to optimize functionality.
• Provide configuration expertise across Employee Central, Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System.
• Lead or support full-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Collaborate with system integrators, specifically Accenture, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of all configurations and customizations for project stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification in Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
• Hands-on experience implementing Recruiting and Onboarding modules.
• Configuration experience in Employee Central, Performance Management, Talent Profiling, and Learning Management System.
• Proven track record working on SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Ability to tailor SAP software functionalities to align with business needs.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working on SAP projects in partnership with Accenture.
