5+ years of experience in SuccessFactors with a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations in RCM, RMK, and Onboarding 2.0, along with SF RCM/RMK and Onboarding 2.0/EC certifications.
Strong functional expertise in Recruiting and Onboarding processes, including Onboarding 2.0, Offboarding 2.0, Rehire, Internal Hire, and Cross-boarding.
In-depth knowledge of Role-Based Permissions, provisioning settings, essential ONB 2.0 features, document template management, and e-signatures.
Hands-on experience in RCM data model customization, recruiting process design leveraging SF RCM capabilities, and maintaining configuration workbooks.
Proven experience in integrations across RCM, Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central, Offboarding, and background element integration with EC.
Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions, create reports, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and third-party implementation partner
