Description

You will design, configure, and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations of RCM, RMK, and Onboarding 2.0, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Configure role-based permissions, provisioning settings, and essential Onboarding 2.0 features, including document templates and e-signatures.
• Customize the RCM data model and design recruiting processes leveraging native SuccessFactors capabilities.
• Manage integrations between RCM, Onboarding 2.0, Employee Central, Offboarding, and background elements.
• Maintain configuration workbooks and collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional needs into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Minimum 3 end-to-end implementations in RCM, RMK, and Onboarding 2.0.
• Strong functional expertise in Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Offboarding 2.0, Rehire, Internal Hire, and Cross-boarding.
• Proficiency in RCM data model customization and recruiting process design.
• Experience with integrations across RCM, Onboarding, Employee Central, and background elements.
• SF RCM/RMC and Onboarding 2.0/EC certifications.
• Ability to create reports and manage configuration workbooks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience collaborating with third-party implementation partners.
