Description

You will lead end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver implementations for Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development, and Learning Management modules.
• Integrate Talent Management with S/4HANA and ECC systems.
• Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements and design solutions.
• Configure and optimize Talent Management functionalities to meet specific business needs.
• Execute SIT and UAT testing, lead end-user training, and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Talent Management.
• Proven track record with 2–3 full-cycle implementations involving S/4HANA and ECC integration.
• Deep knowledge of Performance Management, succession planning, and learning management systems.
• Experience using integration tools such as SAP CPI or Boomi.
• Proficiency in S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

• SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management certification.
