Description

You will implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors modules, mapping business requirements to cloud HCM solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements, mapping them to SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure workflows, business rules, permissions, and role-based access controls.
• Manage data migration, system integrations, and end-to-end testing (UAT).
• Integrate SuccessFactors with SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and third-party systems.
• Provide post go-live and production support for deployed modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors (Cloud HCM).
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Employee Central and at least one other SuccessFactors module.
• Proficiency in data migration tools and integration strategies.
• Experience with SAP, Cloud Computing, SAP HCM, Access, and SAP S/4HANA.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP CPI integrations.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM (On-Premise).
