Description

You will lead data conversion projects for employee and foundation data within the SAP SuccessFactors EC module.

Responsibilities

• Lead data conversion projects specifically for employee and foundation data in the SF EC module.
• Ensure data accuracy through close collaboration with technical teams.
• Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4 HANA, SailPoint, Ceridian, Kronos, and Workforce.
• Coordinate project execution by overseeing DynPro resources.
• Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of direct experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with ECC HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven expertise in data conversion methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing integrations with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Technical familiarity with SailPoint, Ceridian, and Kronos.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
