Description

You will lead data conversion projects for employee and foundation data within the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module, ensuring accuracy through technical collaboration and integration management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data conversion projects for employee and foundation data in SF EC.
• Manage integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA, SailPoint, Ceridian, Kronos, and Workforce.
• Oversee DynPro resources to coordinate project execution.
• Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of direct experience working with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with ECC HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven expertise in data conversion methodologies and best practices.
• Experience managing integrations with SAP S/4HANA.
• Technical familiarity with SailPoint, Ceridian, and Kronos.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.
