Description

You will implement and support complex business processes within the SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem, focusing on LMS and Succession Management modules.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment.
• Perform all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration and Succession Management configuration.
• Manage LMS reporting and ensure exposure to PRD reporting.
• Handle efficient operation of the learning management system to meet client needs.
• Work on integrations between SuccessFactors modules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Succession Management.
• At least one full life cycle implementation in SuccessFactors or two SuccessFactors support engagements.
• Expertise in LMS reporting.
• Familiarity with PRD reporting.
