Description

You will implement, configure, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions to support global HR and HCM processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement Employee Central for employee data management.
• Manage Learning Management, Succession and Development, and Compensation modules.
• Configure Onboarding systems to ensure seamless candidate transitions.
• Implement and support Recruitment Management and Performance/Goal Management workflows.
• Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Talent Hybrid solutions to support talent management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and configuration.
• Expertise in Employee Central and employee data management.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management modules.
• Proficiency in Onboarding and Recruitment Management processes.
• Experience managing Compensation, Performance, and Goal Management modules.
• Strong understanding of Succession and Development.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Talent Hybrid.
• Experience supporting Global HR and Human Capital Management (HCM) processes.
