Description

You will lead full-lifecycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll, managing configuration, integration, and stakeholder delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and optimize Employee Central and Payroll functionalities to meet business requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Perform business process mapping and gap analysis to translate client needs into system solutions.
• Manage integration scenarios using APIs, middleware, and batch processing between SuccessFactors and other SAP or third-party systems.
• Handle issue resolution, change requests, and system enhancements throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Develop project documentation, conduct end-user training, and provide ongoing system support.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Payroll implementations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration, workflows, business rules, and data models.
• Proficiency with integration tools: SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP PI/PO, and APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA, including data modeling and integration aspects.
• Proven expertise in business process mapping and translating business needs into system design.
• Familiarity with SAP On-Premise HCM and S/4 HANA integration points.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
• Understanding of HR processes, compliance requirements, and global payroll regulations.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and troubleshoot complex system issues.
